What is dry ramming mass?

Dry ramming mass is a kind of amorphous refractory material, which adopts a vibration method without adding water or liquid binder. Under the action of vibration, the material can form a dense and uniform whole, and the strength will be generated by the thermosetting binder or ceramic sintering agent when heated. The dry vibrating material is composed of refractory aggregate, powder, sintering agent, and admixture.

Mix natural magnesite, dolomite, lightly burnt magnesia, or other raw materials containing calcium oxide and raw materials containing ferric oxide in a certain proportion, after fine grinding, ball pressing, and high temperature in a shaft kiln or tunnel kiln calcined.
