Alumina refractory brick for blast furnaces

Alumina refractory brick for blast furnaces is a refractory product made primarily from high-alumina bauxite clinker and has an Al₂O₃ content greater than 48%. They are primarily used for the lower masonry of blast furnaces. These bricks offer high-temperature and corrosion resistance, with a refractory temperature range of 1580-1770°C and a refractoriness under load temperature of 1740-1770°C. The production process requires well-calcined bauxite with an iron oxide content below 1.2%. These bricks are formed using high-tonnage brick presses and fired at a temperature of no less than 1500°C. The standard brick size is 230*114*65mm, and its compressive strength and thermal shock resistance meet the requirements of blast furnace operating conditions.
