The customer is a professional industrial furnace equipment manufacturer located in Sao Paulo, Brésil, serving steel, métallurgie, automotive heat treatment, powder metallurgy and other fields. They launched an energy-saving transformation project for multiple heat treatment furnaces in early 2024, with the goal of reducing energy consumption and furnace temperature fluctuations by introducing lighter and more efficient insulation materials.
