T-3 refractory brick

What is T-3 refractory brick? T-3 refractory brick is the most widely used standard refractory brick, also known as straight refractory brick, used in almost every kiln. Its size is 230 mm x 114 mm x 65 mm.

The volume of T-3 standard refractory brick is about 1690cm3. Its external dimensions are fixed, but its material is not. According to its material, it can be divided into clay brick, semi-silica brick, silica brick, light clay brick, (LZ)-65, (LZ)-55, (LZ)-48, г.д. Among them, clay refractory brick is the most widely used.

Characteristics of T-3 refractory bricks

1. Strong adaptability. T-3 refractory bricks can adapt to various kilns and various forms of brickwork.
2. Appropriate weight. Each T-3 clay brick weighs about 3.5kg; each semi-silica T-3 brick weighs about 3.4kg; each siliceous T-3 brick weighs about 3.2kg. This weight is more suitable for ground furnace operation.
3. Appropriate volume. The overall dimensions of T-3 bricks are 23011365, which is convenient for construction and masonry.
